My Policies
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any given moment, without the need to provide a reason. This policy ensures that I can maintain a professional and respectful environment for all clients.

I completely understand that life happens and things can come up unexpectedly! I want you to know that I’m understanding in most scenarios, and I’m always here to work with you. However, as a small business owner, I do have some guidelines in place to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Please DO NOT come to your appointment if you are experiencing any cold/ flu symptoms. My son is special needs and I am his full time care giver, I cannot risk catching anything and then transfer it to him. I take pride in providing a very clean and well kept nail area for you and would expect you to respect my space by rescheduling your appointment if you are sick (with in the 24 hour time frame) If you show up to an appointment and are knowingly sick, I do have the right to not service you. I do not want it to come to that, as I love servicing you and appreciate your business, Just be courteous to my situation please.

Cold/Flu symptoms include but are not limited to the following:

I take pride in delivering high-quality nail services that ensure both the beauty and health of your nails. To maintain this standard, I follow a strict policy when it comes to filling over someone else's work and regular maintenance:
1. No Fills on Other Techs' Work
I will not fill or work over enhancements done by another nail tech. This policy ensures that I can guarantee the quality of the service I provide, as I am unaware of the products used or the age of the enhancements. As a result, for all new clients, I will soak off the previous set and start fresh to provide the best service possible.
Please note: There will be an upcharge for the soak-off service due to the additional time required.
2. Soak-Offs for Established Clients
For my regular clients, I recommend a complete soak-off after every two to three fills. This ensures that your nails remain healthy and free from old product buildup. As acrylic can become worn over time, it is important to remove it periodically. A mandatory soak-off will be required every fourth service to maintain the health of your nails.
This soak-off will also incur an upcharge due to the time and care involved.
3. Budget Considerations
If the cost of a soak-off and reapplication is outside of your budget, we can soak off your current set and choose not to reapply a new one. I care deeply about the long-term health of your nails, and this policy ensures that I’m able to provide the best care possible while keeping your nails in optimal condition.

Cancellation
Reach out to me and let me know what is going on, I am understanding. Please allow me 24 hours to fill your nail appointment spot, anything later than 24 hours, my booking system will automatically charge your card on file. I do not have access to any of the card information. It is an AUTOMATIC charge.
No Show
Time is money—yours and mine. Just as you expect me to be on time and ready to provide your nail service, I expect the same respect from you. My commitment is to always communicate with you if something comes up on my end, and I expect the same courtesy in return.
No-Shows will not be tolerated at all. I will keep your deposit and it will be non-refundable. If you fail to show up for an appointment without notifying me, I will no longer be able to have you as a client. My time and business are valuable, and I need clients who can respect that.
There are multiple ways to get in touch with me—via phone, email, text, or message on social media. There is no excuse for not letting me know if something is going on and you can't make your appointment. Open communication is key to maintaining a professional and respectful relationship.

Deposit/Refund
1. Deposit Requirement
There is a $25 deposit required that will go towards your total.

2. Refund Policy
If you experience any issues with your nails within 7 days of your appointment, I offer a 50% refund of what you paid—this only applies if multiple enhancements pop off. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for any physical damage to your nails once you leave my chair, as I cannot control how they are cared for after the service.

Late Fee
I value both your time and mine. In order to respect the schedule of all clients and provide the best service possible, I have implemented the following policy regarding late arrivals:
1. Late Arrivals (10+ Minutes)
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will have two options:

Pay a one-time $15 late fee and proceed with the service.

Reschedule the appointment to another available time.
2. Frequent Late Arrivals
If being late becomes a habit, and you repeatedly choose to reschedule instead of paying the late fee, I will only allow this option one time. After that, you will be expected to arrive on time for future appointments. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being canceled without further rescheduling options.
I value your time and appreciate your understanding in helping to keep appointments running smoothly. Please plan accordingly to ensure we can complete your service in the time scheduled.
Early
I know it might sound like a weird policy, but I kindly ask everyone to arrive on time—not early, not late, but just right! Here's why:
If you arrive early, I’m usually in the middle of sanitizing my workspace and cleaning up after my previous client. Or, if I'm being totally honest, I might be grabbing a quick bite to eat because I haven’t had a chance all day. Trust me, you don’t want to witness that!
I value your time and want to give you my full attention once your appointment begins. So please plan to arrive at your scheduled time, and we’ll get started with a clean, ready-to-go setup!
